Indonesia (Bali) E-Visa for Pakistani Citizens
Pakistani passport holders cannot use Indonesia's visa on arrival, so a trip to Bali needs an e-visa before you fly. The tourist option is the C1 e-visa, applied for at evisa.imigrasi.go.id: single entry, a stay of up to 60 days that can be extended to 180, and about five working days after the visa fee is paid.

Why Pakistanis need an e-visa for Bali
Pakistan is not on Indonesia's visa-on-arrival country list, so the C1 e-visa is the tourist route. Pakistan is also not on Indonesia's calling-visa list, the separate procedure for a handful of countries.
What the C1 e-visa asks for
Indonesia's immigration directorate lists a passport valid for at least six months, a bank statement for the last three months showing at least USD 2,000, and a photo taken within the last year.

Submit the All Indonesia arrival card online within the three days before you arrive.
