1) Definitions (Fees & Actors)
- EasyVisa Service Fee (EVSF): Our professional fee for your destination, as quoted before you pay, excluding third-party disbursements.

- Submission: Appointment attendance and/or file lodging (physically or electronically) with a visa center/embassy.
- Rejection/Refusal: A formal written refusal/decision letter issued by an embassy/consulate.
2) Scope of Services
EasyVisa provides document guidance and case handling support for visa applications, including: eligibility assessment, document checklists, appointment assistance, file preparation, visa-friendly reservations (if purchased), and process updates.
We are not an embassy/consulate/high commission or government authority; we do not issue visas or influence decisions. Final decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy/consulate/visa center.
3) What We Do Not Provide
- No legal/immigration advice or representation as a law firm.
- No guarantees of appointments, processing timelines, or approvals.
- No creation/submission of false, misleading, or forged documents.
- No liability for third-party errors (embassy/consulate, VFS/Gerry’s, couriers, biometrics centers, banks, insurers, hotels, airlines).
4) Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- a) Provide complete, accurate, truthful information and documents.
- b) Disclose any visa refusals, bans, overstay history, or criminal records.
- c) Follow our checklists, timelines, and instructions; attend appointments on time with originals.
- d) Ensure passport validity and that your details comply with destination rules.
- e) Pay all fees and taxes when due, including TPD.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of your documents and statements. We may refuse/terminate service if we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or non-cooperation.
5) Pricing, Quotes, Currency & Taxes
- Quotes are in PKR unless stated otherwise and typically valid for 7 calendar days.
- Prices may change due to exchange rates, embassy fee revisions, appointment types, or new requirements.
- Unless explicitly stated, prices exclude TPD (embassy/consulate/visa center/courier/translations/attestations/notarizations/insurance/medicals).
- Sales taxes (if applicable) are payable by you.
6) Payments & Invoices
- Accepted channels: bank transfer, card, approved wallets (as available).
- An invoice/receipt will be issued for every payment.
- The quoted EVSF is due in full upfront to open a case and start work; detailed work begins after payment confirmation.
- TPD is invoiced as per scope/stage.
- For group/family applications, the primary applicant/payer is financially responsible for the full invoice.
7) Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks (Financial Protection)
7.1 Always Non-Refundable
- Bank/payment gateway charges
- TPD once paid/committed to providers (subject to their policies, usually non-refundable)
7.2 Client Cancels (No Rejection)
- Before Visa Plan is delivered: EVSF refundable in full.
- After Visa Plan is delivered but before appointment booking/Submission: EVSF refundable up to 50% (reflecting work already done).
- After appointment booking and/or after Submission: EVSF non-refundable; TPD per provider policy (usually non-refundable).
7.3 Embassy Rejection/Refusal
If your application is formally rejected and you complied with our instructions and timelines (no fraud/misrepresentation):
- EVSF: 60% refundable (we retain 40% for professional work completed).
- TPD: Not refundable unless the third party’s policy allows (rare).
Refund Exclusions (EVSF refund becomes 0%)
- Misrepresentation, falsified/altered documents, undisclosed refusals/bans/overstays/criminal issues.
- Missed biometrics/interview, late/incomplete documents against guidance.
- Withdrawal/change of mind after Submission.
- Refusal based on structural factors we flagged (e.g., insufficient financials/travel history where we advised to defer but client insisted).
7.4 Refund Process
- Submit your refusal letter and payment receipts within 14 days of the decision.
- Refunds processed within 14–21 business days after verification, to the original payment method, net of bank/gateway charges.
- For multi-applicant invoices, refunds are prorated per applicant.
7.5 Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback after services are delivered is a material breach. We may suspend all services, contest the chargeback, and pursue recovery of costs (including legal fees).
8) Timelines, Appointments & Fast-Track
- Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
- Fast-track depends on embassy capacity and appointment availability.
- We may propose alternate cities/centers when local slots are unavailable; related travel costs are your responsibility.
9) Document Reservations & Travel Plans
- “Visa-friendly” flight/hotel reservations (if purchased) are typically holds, not fully paid tickets unless explicitly stated.
- Do not make non-refundable travel purchases until your visa is issued. We are not liable for such losses.
10) Group & Family Applications
The submitter/payer confirms authority to act for all included applicants and that required guardian consents for minors are obtained. All applicants are bound by these Terms.
11) Accuracy, Compliance & Right to Refuse
We may request additional documents where risk is identified. We may decline/terminate a case that, in our professional judgment, involves fraud, misrepresentation, sanctions-risk, or non-cooperation. Fees already incurred remain payable; eligible refunds follow Section 7.
12) Data Protection & Privacy
We collect only what is necessary to process your visa (passport data, ID, contact details, travel plans, financial evidence, etc.). You consent to our sharing necessary data with the embassy/consulate, visa centers (e.g., VFS/Gerry’s), couriers, translators, insurers, and other processors strictly for your application.
We apply reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. Unless required by law/audit, application data may be retained for up to 180 days post-closure, then securely deleted or anonymized.
Communications may occur via WhatsApp, phone, SMS, and email; message/data rates may apply.
13) Communications & Hours
We provide updates via WhatsApp/email during business hours; response times may vary in peak seasons. For urgent embassy requests (e.g., short-notice appointments), you authorize us to take reasonable actions to keep your case moving (including paying small pre-approved appointment fees or promptly reimbursing them).
14) Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties (express or implied) regarding appointment availability, timelines, or visa outcomes. Our recommendations (routes, centers, document strategies) are professional opinions, not guarantees.
15) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- 3Musafir’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Services is limited to the EVSF actually paid for the affected application(s).
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost bookings, lost wages, missed flights, hotel costs, or other travel losses, even if advised of the possibility.
- We are not liable for third-party actions/omissions (embassy/consulate, visa centers, couriers, translators, hotels, airlines, insurers).
16) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3Musafir, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

- b) Your breach of these Terms;
- c) Your violation of laws or third-party rights.
17) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including government actions, embassy IT outages, strikes, epidemics/pandemics, natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, or utility failures.
18) Intellectual Property
All EasyVisa materials (checklists, guides, templates, brand assets) are 3Musafir intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your application only. Reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
19) Termination
