How cancellations work
- Cancellation/refund/credit/transfer requests must be submitted via the official Refund Request Form.
- Refund eligibility is calculated using the Refund Request Form submission date (not WhatsApp/calls/emails).
Processing fee
Deducted from all cancellations.
PKR 500
Default refund method
Wallet Credit is the preferred/default method; refunds to the original payment method may be available.
Wallet credit expiry
- Valid up to 12 months from issuance.
- Annual expiry rule: on 1st January, wallet credits issued in the immediately preceding calendar year expire.

OG Musafir = completed five (5) or more flagship multi-night trips.
