Your journey begins from Lahore. The exact departure time will be announced in the trip group and on the Musafir platform.

Lahore Musafirs gather at the confirmed pickup point on the evening of 30 October. Karachi Musafirs joining through Lahore connect with the crew according to the joining plan communicated for their package.

Once everyone is on board, bags are loaded and the city starts disappearing behind us, the Musafir madness begins.

The first few hours are for introductions and icebreakers. Expect games, random questions, playlists and enough bus chaos to make sure nobody reaches Shogran still knowing only the people they came with.

This is an overnight road journey.

Wake up somewhere between city life and the mountains.

Breakfast is served during the journey before the crew continues towards Kiwai.

Once we reach Kiwai, the buses stay behind and Musafirs shift into jeeps for the climb towards Shogran.

The jeep ride is included and is part of the experience itself. The road gets narrower, the forest gets thicker and the whole mood starts feeling a little more appropriate for Halloween.

Arrive in Shogran and head towards our hotel.

But for this weekend, it is not just a hotel.

Welcome to Spook Headquarters

The 3Musafir team transforms the space into a Halloween themed Musafir hideout with spooky decor, eerie corners, themed spaces and enough strange details to make walking around the property part of the fun.

Room allotments begin on arrival.

Take some time to settle in, freshen up and rest after the overnight journey.

Then the first challenge begins.

Spooky Scavenger Hunt

Musafirs are divided into teams and sent around the property and surrounding safe areas to solve clues, find hidden objects and complete ridiculous spooky challenges.

Some clues require brains.

Some require teamwork.

Some may simply require one Musafir being willing to embarrass themselves for the team.

The point is to get everyone moving, laughing and properly mixed together before Halloween Night begins.

Return to the hotel later in the afternoon and get ready for the evening.

Costume Hour

This is when normal clothes stop making sense.

Musafirs get time to prepare their costumes, use the available costume makeup setup and transform themselves for the main event.

Come spooky. Come funny. Come completely unrecognisable. Just do not come boring.

The Musafir Halloween Bash

After dinner, Spook Headquarters comes alive.

Expect Halloween music, costumes, spooky games, dance, photographs and the full Musafir Halloween energy. The night also moves into a Masquerade Gala, where masks, darker looks and Halloween drama take over the hotel.

There may be costume awards, surprise challenges and plenty of moments that make significantly less sense the next morning. This is the main Halloween night of Spooktober.

Stay late.

After last night's madness, the morning begins a little slower.

Wake up, gather for breakfast and get ready for the main outdoor adventure of Spooktober. If the weather allows, Musafirs can start the morning with a short Forest Serenity moment around Shogran. Stretch, walk through the trees, breathe in the cold air or simply enjoy a few quiet minutes before the group heads out.

Then we move towards Siri Paye.

Mountain March
The journey continues into the mountains before Musafirs begin the included Siri Paye hike. This is not a race. The crew moves together through the trail while captains keep the group connected.

Expect forest sections, open mountain views, cold air and the kind of scenery that briefly makes everyone forget they were dressed as ghosts the night before. There will be time for photographs, short breaks and simply enjoying Siri Paye once the group reaches the open meadows.

Troop Trot
Somewhere during the outdoor adventure, the usual Musafir twist appears. Expect small team challenges, trail games and random tasks designed to turn a normal mountain walk into Troop Trot. Nothing too serious. Just enough chaos to keep the group energy alive.

Spend time around Siri Paye before beginning the return journey towards Shogran.

Back at the hotel, Musafirs get time to rest and warm up. Dinner is served in the evening. Then Spook Headquarters wakes up again. Bonfire of the Unknown Gather outside around a huge bonfire.

Bring chai. Bring stories. Bring whatever voice you still have left after Halloween Night. This evening is slower than the first night but still very much Spooktober.

Music, jamming and conversations take over as everyone settles around the fire.

Horror Movie Night
Once it gets properly dark, the crew gathers for a horror movie experience. Think blankets, cold mountain air, snacks, a dark forest somewhere outside and at least one Musafir pretending they are not scared.

The second night is less about partying and more about sitting together and enjoying the strange atmosphere we came all the way to Shogran to create.

Wake up for the final morning in Shogran.

After two nights of costumes, games, mountain air and questionable sleep schedules, the morning is kept simple. Gather for breakfast and enjoy the last few hours around the property. Take photographs.

Walk around the forest. Sit with chai. Find the costume accessory you somehow lost on Night 1. Then pack up and check out.

Musafirs shift back into jeeps for the descent towards Kiwai.

From Kiwai, reconnect with the main transport and begin the road journey towards Lahore. Lunch and personal food stops during the return are at personal expense.

The rest of the journey is for sleeping, going through photographs and debating which Musafir had the best costume. Reach Lahore according to road and traffic conditions.

Spooktober ends here. The haunting in the group chat may continue indefinitely.
